Keith Standley is my favorite inspector! He is extremely thorough, takes all the time needed to make sure you understand all the callouts in the inspection report, and is trust worthy. I first found him when I bought my house back in 2015 (he agreed to do the inspection on short notice) and was impressed with his thoroughness. So I sought him out again for this purchase and I also asked him to do a pre-listing inspection for a home that I'm selling (I believe his thoroughness and frankness earns brownie points with buyers). I'd hands down recommend him for inspections to anyone! He is simply the best!

He also explained to us all the critical things he found, what it would cost to fix them and what difference those things should make in our decision to purchase the house.
